It all starts with ‘Hello’. Have you ever noticed how every conversation starts with Hello, whether it’s in person, on the phone or via email… Hello, or some form of Hello is generally the first word spoken and we’d love to say ‘Hello’ to you.

Back to Basics, Back to the UK

After spending two years working in Canada and the US for a global digital media company, I returned refreshed and rejuvenated and with a simple ‘wake up’ that great marketing doesn’t always have to be groundbreaking! 

During my first 12 months helping unite businesses in Vancouver with marketing solutions to gain market share and increase sales, I soon realised that in an already competitive and sometimes saturated market, too many people were trying too hard to be different. Meaning the stand out or trusted approach that would deliver the best return, was sometimes the most basic marketing. Talk to the consumer, ask them what they want, what works best, what would make them choose X over Y… basic research, easy flowing conversational questions with ‘the right findings’. 

Much of this success was achieved in Canada because of our back to basics approach when delivering a project. Talking and listening were core attributes. Research + Findings = Deliverables. Which make a great investment return for a business selling a product or service. Customer intimacy helped simplify everything. 

At Hello we love things like this, we trust this and know this because we love to talk, and equally love to listen. Having this balance enables us to deliver results.
